The 29th of Saturday and a huge day in America which is why this is something that needs to be remembered by citizens of the country. During this time is great opportunity to spread the word about small businesses that may be within your local area. Some of these businesses can range from different type of shops or restaurants. In addition, using the hashtags #ShopSmall and #SmallBusinessSaturday would be a great way to spread the word about the day and any small businesses. This would allow for small businesses to grow. The day was actually created in 2010 after the recession which lead to the U.S. Small Business Administration becoming an official co-sponsor in 2011.

The day itself comes right after Thanksgiving with the up coming Black Friday and Cyber Monday. So for people who are looking for new things to try when it comes to restaurants or seeing new items within stores. This is a great day to have marked on your calendar, if you or your loved ones are searching for ways to support your community. For example, within America when it comes to every $100 spent within local small businesses the $68 is returned to the community through taxes, payrolls, or other purchases. The support given to small businesses through customers is important for communities and is something that needs to be continuously stressed around different areas.
